While I really don’t use any of these methods, it’s nice to know that they exist. I currently freelance while trying to grow my blog.

if written only for money. I suggest don’t use paid posts on your main
blog. Start few separate blogs only for earning from paid posts.

Not everyone gets the opportunity to write paid post. i think paid posts are for well established blogs.

Shekhar…posts(whether paid or guest post) are good for seo even if
its on a blog which has few visitors and low pagerank. SEO revolves
around the basic point that how can you tell search engines what your
blog or a particular post is about. An in-content link in a post on an
obscure blog also does that. So, even if you don’t have a popular blog,
you can earn money from paid posts. But, yes, you’ll be paid much more
if you have well established blog.

Twitter monetization is something i love the most, first you build
non-spammy twitter accounts, say five to begin with and add 1000
followers of various niche then market those accounts either for tweets
on ad.ly.
